We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. Please call +1 (682) 421-1041 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. This policy ensures that all patients receive adequate time with their provider.
A no-show fee may apply for missed appointments without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
